ArcadeBaki ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Transit typically takes 2 to 4 business days, so most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days in total. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by the carrier or destination.

Tracking

We send a tracking email when an order is dispatched. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first update.

Address changes

Review the delivery address before placing the order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. An address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Damage or non-delivery

Report shipping damage or non-delivery within 48 hours. Email the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage where applicable. Keep the product and packaging while the report is reviewed.

U.S. returns: Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and include the original packaging and accessories. An RMA is required before return shipment. A prepaid return label is provided after approval, and there is no restocking fee. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
