Order Cancellations

Contact ArcadeBaki promptly if you need to request a cancellation. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will review the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. An order that has shipped cannot be canceled. After delivery, an eligible item may be handled under the Returns & Refunds policy.

If payment was captured for a canceled order, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
