The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. A method is not offered unless it appears there.

Card payment is processed by Stripe. Payment details are entered in Stripe-hosted fields, and ArcadeBaki does not store full card numbers.

Payment timing

The order total and currency are displayed before payment is approved. Payment must be authorized before an order enters fulfillment. A refund is issued to the original payment method when an eligible cancellation or return is approved.

Payment safety

Never send card details, passwords, or payment credentials by email or through the contact form.

ArcadeBaki is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or operated by Arcade1Up or the manufacturers whose products are listed. No manufacturer relationship is implied. Brand names, game titles, model names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products offered for sale. Manufacturer warranty terms are set by the manufacturer; ArcadeBaki is responsible for the order handling, delivery, and returns stated in its policies.

U.S. shipping: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Transit is estimated at 2–4 business days, so most orders arrive within 3–5 business days total; estimates are not guarantees. Standard shipping is free within the United States. Tracking is emailed when an order is dispatched. Damage or non-delivery must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

U.S. returns: Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and include the original packaging and accessories. An RMA is required before return shipment. A prepaid return label is provided after approval, and there is no restocking fee. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
