Tracking is emailed when an order is dispatched. Damage or non-delivery must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
U.S. returns: Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and include the original packaging and accessories. An RMA is required before return shipment. A prepaid return label is provided after approval, and there is no restocking fee. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
