Return window

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Return approval and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) are required before sending the item back.

Return label and fees

ArcadeBaki provides a prepaid return label after an eligible return is approved. There is no restocking fee for an approved eligible return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report a damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage or discrepancy. Keep the item and packaging while the report is reviewed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refund timing

After the approved return arrives, it is inspected and we notify you of the result. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Your financial institution may need additional time to post the credit.
