These terms apply to use of the ArcadeBaki website and purchases from ArcadeBaki. The Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Order Cancellations, Privacy Policy, and Payment Methods pages form part of these terms.

Store use

Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with site security or operation, submit false information, misuse another person’s information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Product information

We work to present product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Contact us before ordering if information appears incomplete or inconsistent. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. We may contact you to resolve payment, address, availability, pricing, or product-information issues before fulfillment. If an order cannot be accepted, it will be canceled and any captured payment will be reversed or refunded.

Payment

The order total and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the billing information is accurate.

Product warranties

A manufacturer warranty applies only where it is stated in the product listing or the manufacturer’s written materials. It is governed by the manufacturer’s terms. ArcadeBaki does not add a separate store warranty unless one is stated in writing on the product page.

Independent retailer notice

ArcadeBaki is not Arcade1Up and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Arcade1Up. Arcade1Up, game titles, character names, and other product marks belong to their respective owners.

Changes

Revised terms are posted on this page. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
